Self-performed means our foreman, our plant, our people.
Not a chain of subcontractors between you and the work face. When something slips, one person answers for it — and that person is on our payroll.
Method
Five gates between your enquiry and your handover.
Each gate has a deliverable you can hold. Scroll through them — the ground on the left changes as the job does.
Gate 1 — deliverable: constraints note
Site read
An engineer walks the ground and checks access, soil, power, water and security. You get a written constraints note in days, not weeks — including the things that will cost you money later if nobody says them now.

Priced scope
A bill of quantities with the division named against every line, so you can see exactly what is self-performed and what is bought in. No line item hides a subcontractor's margin.

Gate 3 — deliverable: crews on ground
Mobilisation
Plant, crews and camp move as one package. Two to six weeks from award depending on scale, because we are not waiting on a rental window or a supplier's lead time.

Gate 4 — deliverable: weekly report
Build & report
Progress against programme, HSE statistics, photographic records and material certificates — issued weekly in your reporting format, not ours.

Handover
Punch list closed, as-builts issued, defects period covered by a maintenance crew already living on the ground. Most contractors leave here. We usually stay on a service contract.

Three bases. One corridor.
Karbala for plant and fabrication, Basra for the southern oil fields, Muscat for Gulf procurement and export. Anything you need on site travels a road we already run.
